Our mindfulness based programs are grounded in research and have excellent outcomes. They are structured, time efficient effective and enjoyable! We offer 2 programs: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Eating – Binge Eating (ME-BE).Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a well researched treatment program for anyone who struggling with stress, anxiety, pain, depression or low self esteem or for anyone who wants to get more out of life. MBSR is run over 8 weeks (2 hours per week). Participants often describe the program as ‘life changing’.
Mindful Eating – Binge Eating (ME-BE) is another well researched mindfulness program. ME-BE has been designed for anyone who struggles with food and their body no matter what shape or size. This program runs over 6 weeks (2 hours per week) and has a significant impact on the thinking, feelings and behaviours that drive compulsive /binge eating and bulimia or other eating disorders. Research shows participants make significant improvements which are long lasting.
